At BOOM Headshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse without any transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the item is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
